Hawaii caps gas prices. If you think that having the government cap wholesale gas prices is a good idea, then I am very sorry to inform you that you are a big doody-head.

But...but..but...the big corporate slime bags are greedy profit mongers! If only they took fair profits and offered a fair price, then this would not be needed.
Now, to be fair, they did catch Enron gouging California - but isn't it man's nature to suckle off the teat of the state?
Enron was gaming a system that had similar backwards economics.
