Anyone who has ridden a motorcycle or scooter in Taiwan has, at one time or another, wished for some kind of large caliber weapon mounted somewhere on the frame. Like maybe a rocket launcher. Or a machine gun. Even a shotgun would work.

What? A 75mm cannon? That will do quite nicely. Thanks, French army guys!

The French mounted a recoilless rifle on a scooter. The Americans deployed a recoilless rifle that shot tactical nuclear shells. If we combined the two technologies, you could cruise around Taiwan and destroy every city via scooter.

how about an electro magnetic pulse cannon mounted on your scooter? that way you could simply disable the offending vehicle sans debris.
