I'm in Las Vegas. This is my first time here. I do not know whether I am appalled or enchanted. Pehaps when the jet lag wears off I'll be able to sort out this ambivalence.
Taiwan had an election last Saturday. I was kind of surprised that the TSU did so well, and it's always good to see the inept losers of the PFP get a smackdown. Good commentary on Tim Maddog's blog.(Warning: language, liberalism, inadequate eschatology)

What do you mean, you can't see any meadows? There are plenty of meadows in Las Vegas, all of them inside the casinos.
Karl, thanks for the link.
But why didn't you call it "Chinese Taiwan" like ACB does? How will your readers know that Taiwan is in the Pacific and stuff? ;-)
Keep on rockin' in the free world!
