Soft where

Has anyone used Transwhiz? I've always used Dr. Eye, but now I need to buy the newest version. The Dr. Eye website touts version 8.0 'International Edition', but in the tradition of Taiwanese software companies, it seems that this version cannot be purchased locally. Doubly irritating is that using the contact form on their website to ask where I can buy it is about as effective as throwing a prayer stone into the ocean. So maybe Transwhiz is the way to go?
