Babtryst

In the latest episode of 'hard to tell what is satire and what is fruit loops', I took this one hook, line and sinker. I read almost the entire page with the voices from my childhood yelling: Baptists CAN'T be supporting Brownback, he is a PAPIST! My preacher told me so! I got all the way to their description of Obama: "Carries the curse of Ham" before the skeptic voice, the one I am so proud of, managed to shout down the clamor. Stupid satirists.

You know, they have external software that can filter/block porn from your computer. Some companies use it, as well as parents who don't want their kids to see dirty sex stuff. I wish someone would create software that would block anything to do with the U.S. '08 election on my computer. Pages and images pertaining to Clinton, Obama, Romney, Giulliani, etc., would just not display at all. The software should uninstall itself on November 5, 2008, and I'd find out then who won. Or who was Generalissimo or dictator rei gerendae causa or whatever.

Scott Adams watch- Scott is one for two this week as he continues to get his ass handed to him by pretty much every atheist who has ever cracked a book on epistemology. On the other hand, Scott linked to the comic Basic Instructions, which is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. (Favorite is How to Buy a Car) Might be funnier to me that the guy in the cartoon looks a lot like Angus.
