Just so we're all clear:

Morton's Toe
It was an idealized form in Greek sculpture, and this persisted as an aesthetic standard through Roman and Renaissance periods and later (the Statue of Liberty has toes of this proportion).
So I most definitely am NOT "a huge freak", and I do not have "monster toes". I have feet of an idealized form. Like the body of Zeus or Apollo.

I this like the finger thing, where it proves your gay?

Please execute that sentence, and then resurrect it in a more pleasing form.

Is this phenomenon like that finger theory, where if your index finger is longer than your middle finger, then you are the ghey?

Chaon said...

It is indeed a similar phenomenon, except in this case the longer second toe indicates exceedingly high levels of intelligence and charisma.

I'd doubt that a long second toe gets you a +1 on your Charisma roll ...

I don't know if I want high charisma and a funny looking toe if it makes me gay.

I admit that "idealized Greek form" could carry other... connotations. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Indeed, I find far less wrong with "Greek" connotations than with your mutant toe.

How did you find out about this by the way? Doctor?

Was talking to my Mom on the phone, and she mentioned having Morton's Toe. First time I'd ever heard the name, but my wife has called me "Monster Toes" for a long time now.

You sure you are hearing your wife's pronunciation correctly? I'm thinking its more likely Monster ...

nose.

That's it. Monster Nose.

Monster nose. I... I can't really argue with that one.
