Well, thirteen references to Sept. 11 I have come to pretty much expect at this point. What is getting spooky is Bush saying in the same speech:
"September the 4th, 2001, I stood in the ruins of the Twin Towers."

"We will stand up for terror --"

"After September the 11th, we set a new direction for American policy and enforced a doctrine that is clear to all: If you support or harbor terrorists, you're equally guilty of terrorist murder."

ALL terrorists? Will the American business owners in Boston who donated money to Sinn Fein, be held guilty for the acts of the IRA? Will Pat Robertson be held responsible for the bombing of abortion clinics and the murder of doctors? Actually, scratch that second question. Dropping bombs on Pat Robertson might be pretty cool. Will China be held responsible for the terrorist acts of the Maoist rebels in Nepal? Oh yeah, waaay too much money being made on trade with China.
So what George really means is 'If you support or harbor Islamic terrorists'. Domestic U.S. terrorists are still a criminal problem. Chinese-backed communist terrorists are... well, Nepal's problem. Irish terrorists? Maybe the IRA is all cool and settled down and playing Xbox all the time these days.
