On the Montana ballot which arrived in my mailbox recently, there is a move to increase hunting/fishing quotas. Follow the weighty language:
FOR: Recognizing and preserving the heritage of Montanans' opportunity to harvest wild fish and game.

AGAINST: Recognizing and preserving the heritage of Montanans' opportunity to harvest wild fish and game.

Wow, nothing like making us feel like we are against Montana heritage for preserving the environment, especially when it's the best thing going in our state...

It is mentioned in the intro to the amendment that this does not "create a right to trespass on private property or diminish any other private rights."

Gotta love Montanans...of course, the flip side is that there is also an initiative to allow medical marijuana, since, it is of course, a private thing...

My response: Heritage. Good word. Strong word. Put 'heritage' on your side and yer good to go. Preserve the actual fish and game, or preserve Montana's HERITAGE. Whattaya gonna do, you Commie?

And I think y'all should be called Montanese.
