He's trained you to wait for the government to hand you your chocolate milk beer instead of seeking out a private sector solution.

Just like that lady who couldn't go down to Walmart for her 9 dollar birth control pills.

You might need those, too, after plying your woman friend with chocolate milk alcohol. Kind of a pedo version of wine coolers.
