Yammering

According to some guy at ZDNet Microsoft's Yammer land grab is lunacy. I don't know. I used Yammer for a project this Spring, and it was hugely more efficient than anything I've worked with in years. Though to be fair, my current company's IT infrastructure is trapped in the year 2001.

I bet there is some I.P. involved, or a rocking list of existing corporate users. Still makes more sense to me than the Facebook-Instagram thing. Maybe having a billion dollars to spend lends one a perspective that I don't have.
