"Assistant Attorney General John Grossman called the light boards "bomblike" devices and said that if they had been explosive they could have damaged transportation infrastructure in the city."
To me, they more resemble "leprechaunlike" devices, and if they had been hungry, they could have stolen the people of Boston's Lucky Charms! Oh no!
But we can all be comforted in the knowledge that the evildoing terrorists recognize the gravity of the situation.
"That's not a hair question."

It's on Wikipedia, it must be true.

Same things in different cities ended with no panic...
Let me make a guess here...
In Boston, perhaps some people saw the rear of the device where you might see wire, batteries, etc., on a overpass bridge and called the cops.
There are two sides to every story and every electronic device?
Just a guess, though...or maybe Bostonian are really really stupid...hmmm, keep re-electing Kerry and Kennedy so who knows.
