Culinary innovation from Chaon

Tired of the same old boring 水餃 (dumplings)? Instead of soy sauce, mix up a cup of hollandaise sauce. Cut the hollandaise with one teaspoon of Ning Chi Chili Shrimp Sauce. Pour the mixed sauce over the dumplings and turn them all over so that the dish looks like yellow ravioli with red streaks. Eat it. Say "yum". I only tried it with pork dumplings, but I guess it might work with one of the vegetarian kinds.
