With such a mighty constitution as mine, I never ever ever get hungover. Besides, I slept until 1:30pm on Saturday.
Is that an originalist constitution or a living constitution?
It's a constitution delayed for a week, but it doesn't matter since it's being formed in a country without rule of law anyway.
The process accepted last year allows the Iraqi legislature to delay up to six months.
